Gov't surplus. 3 Problems evident:
* Screen indicates Software upload interupt prevents it from completing boot sequence.
* No lamp is evident in what I think is the mounting area
* The housing around the screen has a couple of cracks in it and the protective outer screen has scratches. The LCD is quite readable and not damaged.

Without a software upload further testing cannot be done. Instrument is priced accordingly. Payment by Paypal.
