This instrument appears complete and functional however it has not been tested beyond the basics. There is significant cosmetic damage on it which is evident in the third picture. This has no impact on function.

* Screen indicates Software upload interupt prevents it from completing boot sequence.
* No lamp is evident in what I think is the mounting area
* The housing around the screen has a couple of cracks in it and the protective outer screen has scratches. The LCD is quite readable and not damaged.
